Facebook Message Download Guide

1. Click here to go to Facebook Account Centre page

2. Click on 'Download or transfer information'.

3. Choose Facebook and then Next.

4. Click on 'Specific types of information'.

5. Select only 'Messages' from the list.

6. Choose where you want to save the file.

7. Important: Choose **Format: JSON** and **Media quality: Low**.

8. Wait for the download. Once extracted, your files will look like this.

9. Follow this path to find your JSON file:

• /your_facebook_activity
• /messages
• /inbox
• /messenger name (e.g., kssf_3333222060082022)
• /Your JSON file will be here.
